Who We Are
Founded in Tokat in 2011 by Serkan Yildiz, and strengthened in 2017 through the partnership of Civil Engineer Fatih Incesu, Kuzey60 Yapi operates with deep experience in architectural design, engineering and construction delivery. Since its establishment, our office has delivered many architectural works at different scales and typologies, especially qualified residential projects, with a reliable and innovative structure that understands the dynamics of the region.

OUR TEAM
Serkan Yildiz
Born in Tokat in 1977, Serkan Yildiz completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Tokat. In 1996, he was admitted to the Faculty of Architecture at Yildiz Technical University and graduated from the Department of Architecture in 2000. In August 2001, he was invited to Woodland, USA for six months by U.C.S. Advance due to his 3D work.
Throughout his architectural education, he worked in the sector part-time and during summer periods. Between 2000 and 2003, he served in production and construction site departments in managerial roles. In 2003, he took part in the establishment process of Punto Mimarlik, working across implementation projects, production, site management, quantity surveying, cost discovery, purchasing, subcontractor coordination, progress payments and site accounting.
In the following years, he worked on residential, dormitory, retail, bank branch, factory transformation and corporate engineering projects under Agaoglu My World, Lidya Yapi, Mudo Stores and Diem Muhendislik as site chief, finishing works manager and project manager. In 2010, he joined Tokat Municipality Directorate of Zoning and Urbanism as an architect, taking part in architectural project control, construction permit and valuation processes.
In February 2011, he left his role at Tokat Municipality and began practicing architecture independently in Tokat. Under Kuzey60 Yapi, he continues to work across architectural design, engineering coordination and construction delivery.
